Janice on the Rocks with Kat James Playing STXM 2010 as FRIDAY NIGHTS HEADLINER.

Headlining the festivities Friday Night will be Janice on the Rocks with Kat James.

Janis on the Rocks is a Janis Joplin tribute show that has been tearing up the clubs and venues in Texas for the last year by giving an authentic, albeit "rocked up", tribute to the Texas legend. So don't come expecting a total re-creation of the 1960's shows, but instead a representation of the way Janis would have done it today!

Escaping Gravity to play STXM 2010 Saturday March 20th.

Dallas alternative rock band Escaping Gravity to play the 7th annual South Texas Motorcycle & Freestyle Stunt Expo.

Scheduled to perform 5:30pm - 6:15pm Saturday March 20th, Dallas, Texas's Escaping Gravity, the latest expression from the areas alternative rock scene launches their full length independent album, “Fire Proof”. Founded in 2007, the four piece brings the Dallas alternative rock scene alive with aggressive rhythms complemented by intricate guitar work and powerful vocals.
